Envelope is in perfect condition. Instructions are perfect and the pattern is uncut and factory folded.
The pattern is currently in a non-smoking home however, I find my patterns at estate sales, and various second hand places. Therefore they may have been exposed smoke in its previous home. This pattern however does not have a smoke smell.
