Remnants is a marketplace filled with independent sellers. You may order multiple items from multiple sellers in one checkout.

How Shipping Works

Each seller is responsible for packaging and sending their items once your order has been placed.

If your order contains items from Sellers A, B, and C → you’ll receive three separate shipping charges, one for each seller.

Those charges appear during checkout and are included in your order total.

Shipping rates are set at the discretion of sellers and displayed at checkout.

In the example below—a screenshot from a cart where items were purchased from multiple vendors—you can see there are two shipping charges showing for vendors Redux Unique, and Loisandlola, together totaling a shipping rate of $12.50.

Do you refund shipping overages?

Sellers purchase shipping offsite. We do not have visibility into the actual shipping costs paid by sellers. Therefore, Remnants does not issue refunds for shipping overages.
Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only at this time.
Why does my box look reused?

We’re committed to minimizing our environmental impact. We encourage our vendors to use biodegradable packaging whenever possible and prioritize reusing boxes to reduce waste. Your package may arrive a little “ugly” on the outside but each reuse is our way of putting the planet first. Thank you for embracing this eco-friendly approach with us.
How quickly will I receive my package?

We encourage vendors to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days and to use ground shipping. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey to your door.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they are in the carrier’s possession. However, we will assist in filing claims when applicable.
