How are shipping rates calculated?
Your item ships from a variety of sellers, and each seller may set their own shipping rates. You can learn more about how rates are calculated here.
Can I cancel or return an order?
No. Orders cannot be canceled or returned once placed.
Because of the nature of our items being preowned, all sales on Remnants are final. Items are sold as-is and may show signs of age or use, as described in listings.
When will my order ship?
We ask sellers to ship orders within 1–3 business days, but circumstances may come up that delay this. Tracking information is provided when available.
What if my order hasn’t shipped?
If an order has not shipped within 5 days of purchase, contact us and we’ll review the situation.
What if my item arrives damaged or not as described?
If your order arrives damaged or with an issue, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can connect you with the seller.
While all sales are final, we want to ensure you receive your order in the best possible condition and our sellers will work with you on a resolution if your item is damaged during transit.

Remnants encourages sellers to prioritize sustainable shipping and encourages reused packaging whenever possible.
