Perfect for a Golden Girls dress up party!

The envelope has mice nibbling on the top and some foxing.  The pattern has some mice nibbling on a few pieces but it does not seem to effect anything.  

The pattern is currently in a non-smoking home however, I find my patterns at estate sales, and various second hand places.  Therefore they may have been exposed smoke in its previous home.  This pattern however does not have a smoke smell.
