Factory Folded. Instructions included. No rips or tears. All pieces are in perfect condition.
Pattern includes instructions to make a pincushion, and how to embellish a purchased pillow, bag and cork board with the flower pattern.
The pattern is currently in a non-smoking home however, I find my patterns at estate sales, and various second hand places. Therefore they may have been exposed smoke in its previous home. This pattern however does not seem to have any smell to me.
