Applique Quilt Blocks with Contrasting Fabrics for Quilting, Sewing

There are eight quilt blocks, each measuring approximately 10 x 10 inches, adorned with various appliquéd bugs and butterflies. These designs are applied to a white tone-on-tone background using Heat 'n Bond Lite and are then stitched with clear thread. The eyes and antennae of the designs are drawn on with fabric paint. To make the appliqués further stand out, they can be finished with satin stitching.

The coordinating fabrics primarily consist of pre-washed cuts, either 1/4 or 1/2 yard each, except for the green fabric with bugs, which measures approximately 1-1/2 yards for a border, and the bright blue fabric with gold stars, which measures around 1 yard.
