Fancy Nancy fabric piece- was used as a window valance so is hemmed with deep hems- size is 12" x 38" with deep hems.
As I was photoing it , I saw a spot ( see pictures) it has been washed and ironed so no clue what the spot may be as it was only used for the window.
great fabric, though- I researched all over to buy it for my granddaughter back In the day💚
