This handmade mini journal set includes two 3x4” accordion journals, each with 4 fold-out panels in contrasting colors. The covers feature artwork repurposed from 2020 calendars, along with other rescued packaging materials that give each journal its own colorful, collected character.

In this set, one journal opens to contrasting yellow pages and the other to light blue pages, selected to complement the colors and details on the covers. Use each panel as a tiny individual composition, or unfold the journals to create two continuous horizontal scenes.

These pocket-sized journals make versatile bases for collage, junk journaling, art journaling, memory keeping, and mixed media aart. The pages are ready for ephemera, photographs, stickers, writing, paint (at your own risk), and other lightweight embellishments.

Materials

Repurposed 2020 calendar pages, repurposed paperboard and packaging materials, craft-weight construction paper, and pH-neutral PVA glue.
